deathmonkey
Hi mate, Remember there's Tiptronic as well. Search the forums, there is plenty on this subject. What sort of power are you looking for? I have an Auto, and I love it. The Supra is the first car that I enjoy driving as an automatic. Saying that I did enjoy shifting manually a bit today (even with 4 gears!) Andy.
leafy360
this is true, probably an n/a as I live in guernsey and a tt would hit a bend before I had a chance to realise it ha! looking to spend about £6k -£8 so dont want anything too fancy. Aweegin
Hi.. Mines a manual N/A and i love her..though I would deffo suggest trying both manual and auto, especially if Guernsey involves a lot of stop start. Auto is nice and does not deserve all the slander they get... Good luck
Jamesy
thats an AMAZING budget for an NA!!!!!! get a manual dude, auto is only really best in a TT
martini
For £6-8k you'll get a very, very good manual NA. I would advise possibly contacting Jurgen (search his name here) from JM-IMPORTS as he could source you a much more recent manual N/A for that budget. I still have yet to try the auto, but I will soon. I love my manual though... weekend drives only for me though and I love it.
leafy360
yeah ive been looking at the site just a second ago. ok then how much should i be looking to pay for a manual n/a roughly, may save some cash to do it up myself! From what ive seen you can pick one up from about £3800-£5000...??
martini
Yeh, £4k should get you a very nice one (around what I got mine for). Bear in mind insurance is high (import). More money usually means a more recent car from what I have seen with the NAs.
DSK
Try both, but its easier to get auto's and I personally prefer auto's as they are a treat around town or when you are just taking it easy and the Supra's box also works well when pressing on. leafy360
I'm paying about £1500 for an 04 hyundai coupe se ha so im not too bothered about insurance as long as I have a supra! Im thinking im more pushed towards a manual now though, gives a better feel I think....

Mate for that kind of money you could get a decent TT, as for Manual or Auto you try both. I have an Auto and love it!
