dani_r
I have an RPS streetmax clutch on the 5 speed NA-TT, and the pedal needs mashing to get it to fully engage. Can I fit the 6 speed NA slave? Or will this not fit on the 5speed box?
Kirk
Part number for the n/a 6 speed slave cylinder is 31470-14070. £58 from Steve Manley inc delivery. There is none in the country at the moment so I have one coming from Japan. Should be here next week. Dont suppose this would cure the problem i have with my stupid low biting clutch on my 5 speed NA??. Adjusting the pedal for me is a no no as id rather do it the right way
JohnHandy
Oooh dose this mean im getting the smaller bore slave on my v161 conversion Dude?? :D:D:D:D Bum just got PM from Dude Mmy bad for not reading corectly and gettign excited... 6 spd NA's (which are all facelift) have a different slave cylinder to a TT, the TT one has a red piston, the NA has a gold smaller piston. Its only the NA faclift and not the TT faclift that has this magic lil baby.... still a upgrade for later me thinks
Brazil
For all you RPS guys did you consider the Southbend Stage 3 FE? If so what made you lean towards the RPS?
dani_r
For all you RPS guys did you consider the Southbend Stage 3 FE? If so what made you lean towards the RPS? I have a 5 speed box, and from what i can gather, it's a limited market for a good clutch that will hold the TT power reliably that isn't carbon and costs an arm and a leg. Unless someone else can correct me?
Brazil
Thinking about it I don't wont to clutter this tread and maybe a good idea to make it a sticky..!
