Kev_A
This weekend has more or less been a total write off with regards to achieving anything with the car As if the issues with my brakes haven;t been enough, whilst removing the wheels to re-grease the sliders 2 of the hub bolts on the passenger side are no damaged due to being threaded, one of them could probably be saved by re-tapping the nut and using a die on the bolt but the other has twisted and snapped half way down What are my options here? I don't think driving the car withonly 3 nuts holding the passenger wheel on is a good idea. Can I simply replace the hub with another? Hodge has an Aerotop coming to him next week but he was unsure if the hub could be replaced or not, Any help appreciated!
Andy Blyth
No need to replace the hub. At around £2 each to replace, you might as well do all 5. Cheers Andy
Kev_A
Is it the same practice for the front though?

Andy Blyth
Is it the same practice for the front though? Yes, but it's even easier because you don't have to navigate the stud around the handbrake mechanism.

Kev_A
For replacing the wheel stud on the front is it still necessary to get the ball joint tool?
