Carl_S
You must be very brave. I would not have the balls to do this. Remember to follow the instructions and not rebel and to "accept" the landing. Respect.

Remember to follow the instructions and not rebel and to "accept" the landing. Respect. Aye, even if you hit the ground like a dart, accept it. Look at it this way, its one of the few times you'll ever be in an plane with the knowledge that you can land safely should the plane run into difficulties, just like the plane at my local parachute club. Plane took off, plane got sick, everybody jumped (except the pilot), plane landed on its roof, everybody cheered (except the pilot)!

SupraAyf
Yes, i cant believe i agreed to do this as iam still recovering from knee op and have one more to go yet. Ah! I was just about to say that you needed your head testing if you had dodgy knees and you were going solo but I see you're being piloted. I've lost count of the number of bad landings I have had so my body is in $hit state as you can imagine. Good luck and watch out for main canopy failures. You will survive on your reserve but you'll probably break your legs:D
