I use Facebook but not in a way that "documents" my life story. Martini is right in a sense that it can be sad when people write on thier own wall "got up in a mood" "having breakfast" "argued with the other half" For some people it takes over thier lives and becomes obsesive which I guess can be said of lots of things.

It is as much as you want it to be. I use it every day to see what mates have been up2 and contact my mate if he is on and upload the odd Supra vid :D but I dont advertise my life for all to see... thats private IMO

Add me at the bottom link ;)

I do like facebook, but anyone knows me Im on there to catch up mainly on the games they have on there...and catch up on what peeps are doing. I think it's alright to say "Hey, I became a dad - Wahoo!" or "Just caught speeding - Doh!" but things that are particularly personal should not be on there. Whenever I see a friend (and it is admittedly a rarity) airing their dirty laundry, I can't help thinking this is not the place to say that and this will just end up in tears.

Equally if anyone is interested in adding me look up...

I have never had a facebook or myspace or whatever, I prefer having friends in real life instead. And if I dont talk to them or see them anymore, then perhaps I have grown tired of them. Id hate to be forced into conversing with people like that.

Has anyone seen the southpark episode featuring facebook? :D
