As long as you know how much uptake of Mastercard there is in Malta - the ATM charge makes it very expensive to use to draw cash. The spot rate now for USD is $1.662 and you get £1.6425 through FairFx and no charges to make withdrawals if for example your in Vegas and withdraw at a Casino...
