Double DIN DVD player, Freeview, USB + SD card reader

Not going to be a great description, but hopefully the pictures will help!

I am looking for £100 plus shipping to anywhere in the UK for this double DIN headunit.

It plays DVDs and has a USB input port as well as an SD card reader input. It came with my car when I bought it, but the owner had just swapped for a single DIN with multiple preouts for amps and subs etc...

It comes with a load of wiring and also a remote control :)

Pictures here:

good price...shame i got mine a few months back...im sure u will get more that £100 on e-bay mate

How, how much more are we talking? I have a successful eBay account... I hadn't thought about putting it on there.

I'll check with Ste about this as I'm pretty sure he'll snatch your hand off... could I have first refusal until 1.30pm today???:)

I've actually had about 5 emails/PMs about this... so it looks like it's a bidding war on here anyway! I don't know how best to proceed on here... do I raise the price until I find a highest offer or do I let the other members fight it out? I need as much money as possible and I would like it to go inside another Supra :)

Currently I have been offered £110 collection...

I would pay the same, but first.... how does it look in the dash and do you have to cut it about to make it fit?

When I fitted my alpine d/d I just had to square the corners off in the dash panel, if that helps :innocent:

What he said... my dash had been filed slightly to make it a good fit. I don't have photos of it fitted as I already had a single DIN fitted when I got the car.

does that not mean the first person to give you £100 should get this then add postage?

Yeah what Dave says

Also i bought one very similar with the all singing all dancing extras on ebay for not much more than that brand new, admittedly was an unknown make but it did work as it should, had to trim the dash for a perfect fit but I have got rid of it now and put a pioneer in. :sly:

Yup, that's right... then i got 4 pm's with offers... so wasnt sure what to do! I'm not trying to rip anyone off... but if someone wants it for more than my original, probably low, price then I'd take it - as I am sure anyone would!

I'm not sure on the power and I can't see a make - probably came over with the car from Japan.

I suppose the first to give a firm offer gets it! :)

I think what Dave was saying is, you asked for a set mount and the 1st person to offer you that, should have been sold the item. Now it seems as though the price of £100 is to low, so you should adjust your 1st post stating you are accepting offers over £100, or however much you want.

Wasn't this £100 including P&P when you first listed it here?

Yes, it was. It's better for me to have £100 and then people can choose their own shipping preferences.

Well, Lynz has got something else now, she's no longer interested. Gaz has had to pull out, so that leaves nobody currently! Someone can just take this at the price posted above...

There are so many posts in this thread now and I'd feel like a bit of a git to just raise it to £150 inc postage being as I put it on for £100 and now there's so much interest in it that I am having people try to outbid each other.

All it takes is for someone to say "I'll have it" then give me a price (£100 would do) and then agree to pay the postage costs and this thread can be closed!

Creating so much controversy was not my intention. I've tried to do this around work today and should have waited until the evening and just made a much higher estimate!
