Gaz6002
Will a headlamp-mounted induction kit be OK for the MOT, or will you have to put another headlight in for the test?

Gaz6002
have to replace it with another due to the reflector bowl for the main beam being removed I thought as much, that's what I found when looking for a solution to the heatsoak issue anyway... out of interest, how much will a modded headlight set me back? Kirk
ive never actualy considered a price as of yet but im saying round £80-£90 but that will come with fresh sealent and clear coated lense if i do it. I dunno whether thats a bit unfair a price or not but i usual recon headlamps for around £80-£100 depending on how bad they are Edited September 13, 2009 by Kirk (see edit history)

bignum
I used a 4" hole cutter with a piece of wood pushed through the back for the guide drill bit to follow, then a length of drain-pipe as the tube, it is tricky getting a good finnish though, a bass box tube wouldn`t work as the front of the light aint flat.
