SupraStar 3000
ure you can handle the TT power? Do they have a switch somewhere so I can turn off the turbos so it drives like a NA. err,.. Not that I'd use it,
deathmonkey
Do they have a switch somewhere so I can turn off the turbos so it drives like a NA. err,.. Not that I'd use it, Yep, they do! It's a flap right by the Boot release/Fuel Flap release. ...you need to find it first though!
stevie_b
The Thor converter has two outputs miles and km, so my ODO is in KM and my speedo is in mph, by far the best way I think. That way what the ODO says is the correct KM. I always just assume thats what everyone does, forget some people have to minus the original KM, convert to miles and add to the remainder I'm with you there. Mine's exactly the same as yours. It must be a genuine GZ Aero, if it mentions 600 were made, this being one? Surely they'd put in the advert if it was a NA-TT, and in which case it wouldn't be a GZ anyway...? They should do, but it wouldn't be the first time that someone's posted up a misleading ad for a supra. As always, it's best for the prospective buyer to assume nothing and check it out thoroughly. deathmonkey
I am interested in buying this too, but can't do the weekend so Ed you have a head start. Ooh... It's like a race? They should do, but it wouldn't be the first time that someone's posted up a misleading ad for a supra. As always, it's best for the prospective buyer to assume nothing and check it out thoroughly. True that. Mine was apparently a RZ-GZ GSR!! To be fair, it was bought from a Porsche specialist... but...
jackso11
Just out of interest, straight up question....if this is what the ad says it is, it is very cheap...right?
jackso11
also, ed you have prob already asked the seller, has it had a service/cambelt change recently? I haven't manage to get them to answer the phone or emails....again one up on me Ed. Realistically I won't see it until after you, so it will be yours. They don't seem to check ebay anyway, been sending them messages all week and not heard back. Send an offer yesterday....not heard back. Been calling all day but they are not answering. I give up. Mate, I just phoned her as per the advert.... ***Text 07515 649703 for any other details*** I called that number, spoke to a lovely lady that has a firm offer of £5500 on the table. I said I was calling for a friend and that friend offered £5500 also so I will get back to him. She asked if I had sent any emails as she has loads to get through. I don't think she's overly competent on eBay as she's waiting until she gets her best offer before rejecting any others... If you want I can call her back?? PM me if you want!
