Nissan 370Z

As a 350Z owner I was intersted to see how good the new Z was.

While the GTR was getting a rattle fixed, I had the lone of a 370Z with some very sweet forged wheels, and tiptronic similar to the GTR.

I drove it most of today, and i really didnt want to give it back.

The car glided over bumpy B roads almost like an Sti scooby, the engine sounded awesome, take the filters out and its quite like the 55AMG I had, turn in and handling was excellent, understeer no issue at all, had the same grip I have on the Supra which was very confidence inspiring. Ride quality was superb for a car with runflats, i suspect monotube shocks. Interior was top class with leather and alcantara, BOSE, sat nav and voice command, and great brakes which didnt squeal and didnt say brembo on them thankfully.

Still prefer the 350 looks, but the drive was SO much better.

Chiefgroover rating 9/10.

Mate's got a 350Z... I want to tempt him to get one so I can have a go!

Powerslide city! I love the ride of the 350. It seems asthmatic at first because it lacks at the higher end of the rev range but when you factor in the handling it all begins to make a lot of sense very quickly.

First thing I thought of when driving it was a 911. Not exactly a bad thought!

It's a great car [350z] and has more horses than my Supra but I have yet to get on a road next to him and go WOT. :)
