C-Spanners required at Santapod

Hi guys,

 

Is there anyone who can do me a big favour and bring some Tein c-spanners to the pod for me to borrow / rent / buy.

 

I have spent the morning changing the rear discs and calipers from 2 pot back to jspec to fit the 15inch drag wheels on the car and I only have half an inch clearance between the tyre and the arch which I reckon will go on a launch.

 

Any help will be appreciated and rewarded with a burger.

I might have some in my supe but its in the body shop till tomorrow but if they are ill bring them to the pod and I should be there from the beginning!

Can you stiffen the rear to stop it bogging down?

I could, but I can't stiffen the tyres which should be run at around 13-17psi.

Ill try to remember to put mine in the car mate, i was told to run my 15" welds at 11psi.

Oh, and based onb my driving ability (remember I was doing 80mph backwards at Llandow) I thought I would take heed of the last point below:

 

Note: Many racers feel that "Less is Better" with regard to air pressure. This is not always the case. While there are exceptions to every rule, we have found higher pressure generally works best with Mickey Thompson Tires. Not only do the higher pressures lead to quicker times, but they also contribute to a safer, more stable ride at the finish line.

 

I'm thinking of starting with something around the 50psi
