SimonT Posted August 6, 2009 Share Posted August 6, 2009 I was driving yesterday and using the overdrive etc when it suddenly wouldnt click back in to the gear stick, so now my overdrive is constantly off unless i hold the button in!! R Black Posted August 6, 2009 Share Posted August 6, 2009 I have taken mine off before, and on reflection the O/D selector is an electrical switch, encased in the hammer head part, which ive not seen inside of. Hermit Posted August 6, 2009 Share Posted August 6, 2009 No idea how you get to it once you've got the stick off, but if you can, you might find the switch has just come a bit loose, meaning you can't push it in far enough to latch.
