Guest Aerosmith
similar prob like [caseys, page 1]mine come on for a few seconds when turning left, I have tried only turning right, the problem goes away, that creates a bigger problem as I end up back home again after only being out for 2 mins,[ JUST HAD NEW CALIPERS FITTED ON FRONT ON FRIDAY ] ,the lights which illuminate on the dash are activated when the handbrake is applied, why are they coming on when driving.[turning left] any suggestions much appreciated thanks. gordy07
Brake fluid level?
caseys
When you say turning left you do mean turning left and not just whilst the wheels on left lock whilst stationary or anything? I'd say break fluid for you. Most of the threads I was searching through the other night were all for temporarily lighting up of the light whilst the car was moving. My light issue was when stationary without even touching the steering wheel. Maybe you've lost a bit of brake fluid with the new calipers being fitted? I assume they've bled them all correctly too? Guest Aerosmith
Brake fluid level? yeah, this seems to be the general opinion, I'm going to try it today, and see how I get on. Thanks for your input.
caseys
Generally if you've lost an indicator at the front the relay will click at twice the speed it does normally. So unless your left indicator on the dash is a lot quicker than the right it's not an indicator bulb.
