I've been over 12 Stone for quite a few years, but it's been creeping up lately and I hit 12st 10lb after my holiday this year.

Couldn't face seeing 13st on the scales, so thought I'd do something about it.

That's an impressive loss for you, are you feeling better for it?

Ive now cut a stone in 6 days on the Cambridge.

Im gunning for another stone off next week just in time for Suprapod :)

My friend, if you are serious, then that really is not a sensible way to lose weight.

Spot on, CJ.

Not healthy at all and I bet you put a lot back on again when you come off the diet.

That kind of loss is why you see all these freaks on TV going "I've tried every diet going and none of them work after". That's because they don't change their eating habits and lifestyle.

Easy go, easy come back again.

I've lost 3.5 stone in just over a year. That probably doesn't seem too impressive but in changing every thing to do with diet and exercise it's coming off all the time, I can eat what I like (including half a packet of ginger biscuits in a day) and the overall result is still a net loss. Plus no saggy skin! :blink:

Slow and steady for long-lasting results.

On a positive note but at least your Supras will go faster with so much fat-boy lard being lost.

Some of you are loosing so much weight that you'll no longer have to take your rear seats out in order to compensate for your pie-munching habbits - LOL:d

:rlol::rlol::rlol::respekt: I can't remember the last time I laughed soo much, I've got stitch....:D

I have put on 17 lbs in under 4 months. In fact it's probably more! Used to weigh about 12st 7lbs then dropped to about 12st after my ops and tests etc. Now I am up to a healthy 13st 10lbs for a 6.1ft male. Weight training has helped but the real answer has been these brilliant Tesco Finest fudge yoghurts every night. 270 calories a pot and a real treat! :)
