MrRalphMan
For my random thread of the day, just wanted to let you know that I'm back to 11 Stone (ok it's 11 Stone 13 Pounds, but it's 11 stone) after quite a few years.. All I did was cut out the crap, not really done anything else..
jevansio
Nice one, what were you upto? I've dropped down to 12st 6lb from 16st by pretty much doing the same thing & oads of training
MrRalphMan
I've been over 12 Stone for quite a few years, but it's been creeping up lately and I hit 12st 10lb after my holiday this year. Couldn't face seeing 13st on the scales, so thought I'd do something about it. That's an impressive loss for you, are you feeling better for it? CJ
I have dropped 21 lbs since the beginning of May through starting back at work (as good as most training regimes) and eating more sensibly. Lots more to come off though (yep, I'm a FB).

SupraAyf
On a positive note but at least your Supras will go faster with so much fat-boy lard being lost. Some of you are loosing so much weight that you'll no longer have to take your rear seats out in order to compensate for your pie-munching habbits - LOL:d

Max Headroom
Boy as a sufferer of an underachieving thyroid gland my weight ballooned to 16st, medication and cutting out sugar in my tea has reduced it to 14st 12lbs. But I am the correct weight for someone who is 7ft 6ins tall

Not healthy at all and I bet you put a lot back on again when you come off the diet. That kind of loss is why you see all these freaks on TV going "I've tried every diet going and none of them work after". That's because they don't change their eating habits and lifestyle. Easy go, easy come back again. I've lost 3.5 stone in just over a year. That probably doesn't seem too impressive but in changing every thing to do with diet and exercise it's coming off all the time, I can eat what I like (including half a packet of ginger biscuits in a day) and the overall result is still a net loss. Plus no saggy skin! Slow and steady for long-lasting results.

Sheefa
I have put on 17 lbs in under 4 months. In fact it's probably more! Used to weigh about 12st 7lbs then dropped to about 12st after my ops and tests etc. Now I am up to a healthy 13st 10lbs for a 6.1ft male. Weight training has helped but the real answer has been these brilliant Tesco Finest fudge yoghurts every night. 270 calories a pot and a real treat!
