jevansio Posted July 31, 2009 Share Posted July 31, 2009 The regulation of the coolant system temp is controlled totally mechanically by the thermostat, would ahve thought the ECU uses the coolant temp for stuff like fuel enrichment during cold starts etc, that's what the AEM does.
