pistonbroke
Just fitted these this afternoon. Took this pic in daylight I'll take some more pics later. I have a feeling I may need to take the dimming sleeves off the needle bulbs to make them as bright as the dials.

Fitz
Cool looking Dials Dan! I wana replace my Standard Auto ones. Where did you pick up yours from? Do they sell auto variants?
pistonbroke
These are speedhut custom dials from the states. They don't do specific auto ones, but you can use manual ones on an auto without problems. My old Auto TT had custom dials fitted, the only thing you lose is the gear indication. Which, TBH, if you don't know what gear you're in without the aid of a light, you probably shouldn't be driving a Supra Here are my old ones
Fitz
lol, the bleeping noise helps me know when I'm in reverse anyway

pistonbroke
I've just been out and taken these two pics. Straight away I could see the needles were no where near bright enough. I quickly pulled out the 3 large bulbs and removed the green condom things...... Much better

MaveriK
Have you tested the mph against a gps after the replacement?
pistonbroke
Why would I have too? I never removed the needles. TBH, the speedo reading was never particularly accurate anyway. Speedo indicated 80mph, GPS would say 72mph.
deathmonkey
lol, the bleeping noise helps me know when I'm in reverse anyway That used to piss me right off. Found the little grey bastard on the weekend and was glad to remove it . Kind of weird reversing now, and no annoying sound!
