toyotasuprauk
I've been meaning to get this sorted for ages, I have a GT alarm and immobiliser in my car but don't have the prove to show the insurance company. It all works fine does so does any one know if I can take it to any car stereo/alarm shop they will check over it and issue me with a certificate for insurance for a small charge? Matt do you do this and if so how much would you charge? Thanks.
Lez
I did that for a previous car, cost me £

Todd
Can it be any garage or does it have to be an alarm place?
Lez
I fitted my own Cat 2 sytem and got my garage owning mate to stamp the certificates, 4 of them, he used to fit alarms, so I'm not sure if it can be any garage. If you haven't got any certs then you will need a specialist to do it. Tip - send a photo copy of the cert to your insurane company, cause you might not use the same one next year.
