My cat back system hasnt got an adaptor on it and its a bigger pipe coming from the cat so i'm guessing not? maybe wrong though!

Well i so happen to have a full stainless cat back exhaust from my old 6 speed kicking about somewhere, and the exhaust on my N/A has rotted through so i thought i if it fits then i could save myself a few squid. I'll have to give it a try.
Kirk
no harm in trying but im pretty sure you would need an adapter to mate the 2 together as the exhausts designed for the TT are mostly 3" compared to the NA's 2.5" (cant remember exact size)
gordy07
I have a cat back TT exhaust on my NA without an adapter. Fits perfect:)
RobD
Maybe dependant on size of the pipe! Cant say i've ever noticed anyone asking about on adaptor before though!
Kirk
maybe im wrong then but i was always under the impression that aftermarket TT exhausts didnt fit NA's
