jazz1
Ok well for sometime iv had this bad scalp infection dont know how iv had it but its awfull at times feel itchy and like some small ants attacking my scalp. Now the doctor gave me loads of stuff that has helped as he diagnosed me but its still not gone. Anyways to cut a long story short i went of holiday couple weeks back and drank so much vodka waking up the next morning with a headache but it seemed to stop my itchy scalp that same morning. Anyways that feeling had gone for about 3 weeks and i was all confused, but than i read up that vodka actually helps kill infections etc etc. Now i aint no alcoholic but its seems this drink is helping and right now im drinking more by the week to help ease this stupid scalp problem which is now leading to me drinking more? What do i do go tell my doctor VODKA is the solution to my problem or just carrying on drinking?
Gaz6002
If Vodka is 'treating' it, then speak to your doctor about it. He may be able to shed some light on your problem. But for tonight, carry on drinking

Carl_S
my experience is that doctors are understanding. I dated one recently and she was very down to earth. It pays to be honest with them, they have heard it all before. Failing that chat to nhs direct. Say you want to speak to a doc. As for training, you can get it all back. That's half the fun. Maybe alchohol is not so bad for you after all? It doesn't kill braincells, which a lot of people don't know. There is no evidence whatsoever. Absolutely, it helps, old russian tradition, I should know, had my ex wife rubbing it on my chest when i was sick, it helps to clear your lungs, and also putting on my fingers when I burnt them
