Ok well for sometime iv had this bad scalp infection dont know how iv had it but its awfull at times feel itchy and like some small ants attacking my scalp. Now the doctor gave me loads of stuff that has helped as he diagnosed me but its still not gone. Anyways to cut a long story short i went of holiday couple weeks back and drank so much vodka waking up the next morning with a headache but it seemed to stop my itchy scalp that same morning. Anyways that feeling had gone for about 3 weeks and i was all confused, but than i read up that vodka actually helps kill infections etc etc. Now i aint no alcoholic but its seems this drink is helping and right now im drinking more by the week to help ease this stupid scalp problem which is now leading to me drinking more? What do i do go tell my doctor VODKA is the solution to my problem or just carrying on drinking?:taped:

I am mate its so strange how this bloody drink solved my stupid problem feels good to be normal lol but its not good as iv stoped training for 3 weeks now:(

Believe it or not, when I started smoking cigarettes my asthma disappeared. It was even confirmed by my doctor. I've quit now and it's still not come back. Stranger things have happened!

Pour the Vodka over your head to hit the scalp infection directly and then you won't have to drink it.

I just did that now and drinking it, i read on the forums you should use it on your scalp but i cant believe how it actually helps

my experience is that doctors are understanding. I dated one recently and she was very down to earth. It pays to be honest with them, they have heard it all before.

Failing that chat to nhs direct. Say you want to speak to a doc.

As for training, you can get it all back. That's half the fun.

I have to admit though mate, Since having a prolapsed disc The whiskey is helping loads with the pain! Maybe alchohol is not so bad for you after all?

It doesn't kill braincells, which a lot of people don't know. There is no evidence whatsoever. Happy daze :innocent:

Try the vodka + skittles thing on it... That'll either kill you or cure you... :D

Vodka helps that's fact. But if you got cold or flu the best thing is half cup of tea half of vodka plus lemon and honey and that's works belive me :eyebrows:

Absolutely, it helps, old russian tradition, I should know, had my ex wife rubbing it on my chest when i was sick, it helps to clear your lungs, and also putting on my fingers when I burnt them :)

does it feel really painful to move your head hair?

my gf finds it extremly painful to move her hair. says she has pains on her scalp, so when i was looking to see if there was any marks on her head, just moving hair to look close caused her loads of pain?
