Got new Motor to replace the Supra

Well I had no plans on getting rid of the supra. I was getting a load new bits fitted for a car show next weekend, while doing out the list of what needed to be done i happened

to enquire about the 34 under covers out the back of the shop and 4 hours later the deal was done and dusted.

Main reason i went for it was i was coming up 7 years and the milage on the soup was 115k miles and on the 34 it was 20,500.

I was never finished with the supra, i was buying parts left right and center for a

rebuild which in the end i decided against as i just didnt see me getting anywhere near the cost of the rebuild back if i sold the car. I got a great price on trading the supra

in against it so i jumped at the chance.

One thing i will miss about the supra is the sequential turbo setup as the skyline has

a parallel setup

Thanks for the comments guys :)

Stunning, totally stunning. I am so jealous. That is the exact car i will be on the look out for once i am finished with the supra.

A question i do have as i dont know a massive amount about them is what's the difference between-

R34 GTR

R34 GTR VSPEC

R34 GTR VSPEC II?????

Toys and slight differences in the kit as far as i know.

The V Spec models have an active rear LSD. The preload on the LSD is hydraulically variable under ECU control, as well as the active centre diff, which all GTR's have.

You know too much about cars :D :p

Shane, what a motor to replace the Supra with absolutely gorgeous!!!

Always wanted one of these they are just still so much money :(
