Are you still using the same clutch now that you're running a single Si?

What bhp/torque are you running? Is there only one type for the Supra TT, or do they do different max torque rated ones?

Yeh same 1, mine is the dfx iirc, stands for dual friction something, 520 bhp/500ftlb, i think they`re rated to over 600ftlb, no problems here.

I use my dual with 676bhp, no problems at all.

Thanks chaps. Do they rattle on idle at all, and how 'heavy' is the clutch peddle?

Have this clutch on both of my cars, still after 15000km on the red car and 20000km on the black of stupidly fast driving and racing at absolutely insane speeds, still no worries, no slipping, no noise, no effort in driving, just like stock.

Chiefgroover you are the teacher on this.

Really torn between this and the RPS street max :(

I was in the same position, for most people who have the street max, they say its a good clutch. How i made my decision though was, if you do a search no one has had problems with the centreforce clutch. The street max has caused quite a few members problems. And when I read this post by our supra guru, it made the choice easier.

It MAY well give enough movement then to release better, but all you'll achieve long term is a worn out bearing and damaged fingers. There MUST BE free play in the pedal.

Chris Wilson wasn't overly keen on the RPS and it's put me off it, and I've only heard good things about this clutch from some cars with quite a bit of power/torque, so I reckon it'll do me. Pedal feel is apparently light and you also don't have the horrible twin plate rattle.

I was thinking about it, yes, if delivery was fairly quick. Do you have any useful info for me regarding this? :)

I was hoping you might :innocent:

Maybe we could get a dicount on p&p if nothing else?

I've looked on the website and cant find any information on which one to get. What is the dfx unit? Also how many different power ratings are there for the Supra set up?

Sounds like a great idea. What application will you be using it for Dan? Mine will be for a single turbo.

Can the single turbo guys let me know which of the clutches on the above website they went for please.
