As mentioned above its nice to see that the defendant wasn't prosecuted as well which makes a nice change. This is the first article where the crime and sentances seem to go hand in hand as well as the Judge having a typical common sense view..... idiot broke in, got smacked, its what he deserved, now shut up and get get behind some bars for 4 years. If only this was practiced throughout the country perhaps some court hearing times would reduce and many crims get what they deserve.
