RedM
What are you eating to cool you down on these balmy days? My current fave is a bowl of fruit (apple, banana, satsumas and berries) that has been cooled in the fridge with some Vanilla flavoured Alpro Soya yoghurt dumped on the top. Also going down a treat are some lollies made from frozen chocolate flavoured So Good soya drink.

Grapes, strawberries, mango, melon, kiwi, pinapple etc. I usually get lots of this, cut/chop as required, chill it again and then serve. My current fave is a bowl of fruit (apple, banana, satsumas and berries) that has been cooled in the fridge with some Vanilla flavoured Alpro Soya yoghurt dumped on the top. Very similar to my favorite...chopped apple, banana, strawberry and or blackcurrants with evaporated milk and sugar over them and cooled in the fridge. Chilled mead is my favorite evening tipple at the moment.

Carl_S
I like the idea of the chilled bowl of fruit with the vanilla alpro, but the frozen lollies does not sound "so good" though.

Tannhauser
Ideally frozen yoghurt or a sweet lassi (not 'a sweet lassie'), but usually just a cold Greek yoghurt.
Scott
Best thing to cool you down is a hot drink, or hot soup. Taking a hot shower will also cool you down. Kicks your body thermostat into touch faster
