What are you eating to cool you down on these balmy days?

My current fave is a bowl of fruit (apple, banana, satsumas and berries) that has been cooled in the fridge with some Vanilla flavoured Alpro Soya yoghurt dumped on the top.

Also going down a treat are some lollies made from frozen chocolate flavoured So Good soya drink.

More often than not its mixed fruits that are chilled. Grapes, strawberries, mango, melon, kiwi, pinapple etc. I usually get lots of this, cut/chop as required, chill it again and then serve.

Very similar to my favorite...chopped apple, banana, strawberry and or blackcurrants with evaporated milk and sugar over them and cooled in the fridge.

Chilled mead is my favorite evening tipple at the moment.
