I've only got 5 (although one is a full chest piece).

Just been on the blower to Kerry Katona's management - I mentioned your tats, and we're her support at the new Iceland store opening in Nuneaton and Ipswich.

Spend the tenner. It's worth it for the banter alone. The help's not bad, either.

Why is it so damn hard to find musicians who can actually be arsed to play anywhere.

My band imploded tonight, mostly due to the guitarist having to travel from Manchester to Leeds with work and he's now too tired to be arsed playing. We'd just booked a gig for August as well.

It's pissed me off more as I've had to drive 180 miles from Whitehaven every Friday since November and I've still managed to drum for the best part of 3 hours straight. Kids today have no stamina.

On the plus side, I managed to get all my gear into the Supe - I gott my electric kit, 2 kick pedals, my cymbals stands & stool, a flight bag full of leads & stuff, a 120w Laney wedge monitor, my big mixing desk, 2 smallish speaker cabs and a 1k amp into the Supra. Anyone who says Supras are crap for carrying stuff aren't trying hard enough.

So, I'm back tolooking for another band now. A job made harder with me working in the arse end of nowhere during the week.

Bah humbug.

That's a great thing to hear that you work so hard for your band! Every band I've ever been in it's always the drummers that are the let down! They can't be arsed moving all their gear etc.

I'm also impressed that you got so much stuff in there!

What sort of stuff do you play?

I was definately the driving force behind that band. I knew the kit would fit in the car, didn't think the p.a. would as well.

I mostly play metal, but I'm equally happy playing rock & blues, too. Here's a link to an older band I was in. The 'Janes Abused' track is also one of mine.

No worries mate. I'd gladly come for a burn if I wasn't too far away but I'm in Lancashire. You'll have to bring your Supe up to Preston when you play in November, lol. Got my Skype sorted out, too now.

Have a good tour.

Well, we've got the players, we've got the name - I fear our time has come to an end. I have some ironing to do and my mum won't let me rehearse after 8.30pm. It's been an honour to be in the band sir.

I'm glad you split up. I was a fan of your band back in the early days of post #5 but, hey, no-one likes sell-outs. Your new stuff will probably suck.

Thanks for your support early on, but you're right, the new album is garbage. Some people are comparing us to Spinal Tap, but without irony.

I blame Animal - he was never really committed.

It's a shame you're so far away - I seem to spend half of my time trying to find a drummer who will actually turn up - I think we've been through four of them in the last couple of months - the rest of us are fine, just can't find a drummer who gives a crap :(
