jackso11
Any ideas how I can solve this problem. For a long time now the drivers side wash jet on my supe has only squirted one jet instead of 2 due to polish blocking it. Its one of those things that every time I got in the car I thought 'mental note, next time bring a needle'. So finally the other day I bought a pack of cheap needles and poked around in the jet hole....needle end snapped of in the jet! SO now I have a jet that is really weak and a strange angle due to a bit of needle stuck inside! Any ideas how to get it out?
JustGav
What about taking the jet off, and feeding a bit of steel wire in from the other side to push it back out?
Dnk
Try using an airline and blow it out, be carefull though if it does come out as it could be travelling quite quickly
jackso11
I haven't looked yet as I am at work, but how to the jets come off? easy enough? Can you get to the underside of them easily?
Multics
Why don't you get new jets from Lexus? They're £15 for both and they're a direct replacement. Part codes are somewhere on here, I think Michael posted them a while ago.
jackso11
that sounds like a good idea. I found some Ripspeed Washer Jets at halfords that seem pretty good. They are the type that spray a sheet of water at the window rather than 4 jets, like the new fords. Anyone tried them?

Do they have blue LED's in them too
Multics
I wouldn't go for the Ripspeed stuff, usually they're big and blingy. The Lexus ones also spray a sheet of water
jackso11
haha, no LEDs, they are in a satin silver or satin black, look really nice. Only problem is they are always out of stock of the black ones and I don't want silver on a black car. link... http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_154769_langId_-1_categoryId_165675 quite subtle for ripspeed. lol

Lbm
New washer jets from Mr T are a dream. they even come pre-aligned! Don't suppose you've done these recently. Do you remember costs etc? It would save me from actually having to pick the phone up and ask myself.
