I would guess every couple of months or so (which probably means about four times a year) but always on Valentines, Birthdays & Anniversaries as well. I did forget our anniversary once and was caught sneaking out the house first thing in the morning - I must admit I usually buy them as a "thank you - love you lots" or a "sorry - I was a prat again" reasons The trouble is that: 1) if there's no reason she gives me "the look" and 2) I feel a bit of a creep when buying them, particularly as other blokes give you the "you traitor" look ! I do feel very creepy buying them. I have done it twice on the spur of the moment years ago (stupidly bringing them into work). All I got was grief from the guys at work "what have you done then ?" But if I got them often I wouldn't appreciate them when I did. And they just look nice for a few days and die anyway, I'd rather have some eye makeup.
