mikerunner
how much to new set of stock 440cc injectors roughly cost anyone know? thanks
Homer
Frikkin expensive i'd expect, it'd be easier to get some 2nd hand replacements and have them cleaned and flow tested to ensure they are okay. There should also be some aftermarket replacements from the likes of Denso and Siemens, but again won't be cheap (Circa £500) Try Steve Manley at Oxford or http://www.whifbitz.co.uk
MarkR
I've got a second hand set from a vvti you can buy. Pretty new seeing as they're from a vvti. They just need cleaning and flow testing as they've been sat around for a while
Kev.O
There must be plenty of 440cc's going spare as there's been quite a few single turbo upgrades recently. I'd get them cleaned and flow tested before fitting them, like Homer recommended.
DSK
From experience, (on every BMW I've had), I always stripped and cleaned the injectors and re-fitted them with new rubber o-ring seals. The differece was two fold. IIRC AFR tuning have a fuel injector cleaning and flow testing rig thing. I'd get a second hand set, as mentioned have them 'serviced' and fit new seal rings if required on the Supra.
