dibbleyuk
Things have been going well for me since i set up my printing company i would like to get someone on board who is good at sales as im complete useless major downfall when it comes to my type of trade. Anyway Ive done well so far but am abit worried as i have a small customer base at the moment if i lost a couple of them it could cause some problems. The business doesnt really have the fund to be employing another person but do people work on commission basis only!? I'm sure Ive heard of it before but are people really that motivated nowadays or if they dont earn any money in the first week laugh it off Any advice would be great please guys. DamanC
Alot of salesmen work on commission only. However they are only interested in a product that they think they can sell (obviously). The best person to sell a product imo is yourself. If you want my advice, slop an ad in yellow pages, create a google maps account and map yourself. Carl_S
I'm sure you will find someone to help you sell, at least you recognise you are no good a selling, thats a major step forward.
