Origami, very good for fitness and discipline, but watch out for the paper cuts they really smart. Fox Posted April 20, 2005 Share Posted April 20, 2005 did quit a bit in my younger day's. Kick Boxing, ninjutsu, and now i have chilled and don't like fighting at all. I just smile and walk away, But hey i can rumble when i need to, Most of the time now i go kayaking, i have a 5 Star award and i am a level 4 kayak coach ( 5 being the higest ). I make regular trips to france in the summer as the kayaking there is tops.... Just my 2p worth....... P.S... don't know what i going to do this summer can you imagin 2 kayaks straped to the supra roof, Do they even make roof bar's for it LOL.... Read 'watch my back' by Geoff Thompson - this is the self defence bible in my opinion. To paraphrase Geoff - western boxing and judo would be an excellent combination. These will combine eastern and western philosophy, teaching styles, and technique. They will provide a well rounded skill set. Or learn to do that stuff out of The Matrix...
