If you aren't concerned about age, you can pick up a mk2 caddy (The polo based one) as opposed to the mk3 which is the same shape as the touran. I paid £250 for my sreg 55k mk2 1.4,but I've not been able to find any more ANYWHERE near that price. £1k would get a decent mk2 which gives you plenty of play money. Tom Posted July 9, 2009 Author Share Posted July 9, 2009 I went to look at another van today, it was an astravan in black and the facelift style and seemed good from the ad, and it was pretty much what I was looking for, I called the guy, he said it was "really nice and tidy" so we got there and the van was the older shape and didnt have the same wheels and was a complete dog I thought prehaps I'd made the picture out wrong in the ad as the pic was quite pixelated, but I hadn't, the guy had used a pic of a different van completely!, tw*t!
