Digital
Is it possible to use my wire-in SM4 in a Supra MK4 TT with automatic gearbox, and if yes, how is this done? It is neccesary for the OEM ECU to stay because of the AT-box. Has anyone done this?

bondango
Autronic SM4 - it has been done on other cars that use a seperate Autobox ecu, think it would be a bit of anightmare to do it on the 2jzgte ECU though as it incorportates the autobox control..perfect scenario for the AEM ems too, which would allow stock control of the autobox...and no one has done that either to my knowledge
Digital
Ok clear. And how about a Greddy E-manage, would this work with the AT-box? Does anyone know who's done this?
bondango
EMB or EM Ultimate is what most people run with the Autobox
Digital
Ok, there is a Greddy E-Manage Blue allready in the car, but I don't have a laptop-cable and software with it, do you know where I can buy this?

Chris Wilson
You'd need to have the Autronic control the fuel and ignition, plus idle and boost control et cetera, and keep the stock ecu for auto box control
Digital
There is a J-spec pinout in the technical section. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=35919 The yellow marked pins are used by the autobox. But I heard from a Supra-specialist the autobox also needs pins like throttle-control, MAP, RPM, vehicle speed. But these pins are not yellow marked in the pinout, so I am a little confused, can someone help me?
