marc_p
am glad he died i hope he suffered like the kids he messed with suffered !!! How do you know he 'messed with kids and made them suffer'? he who hunts the dragon becomes the dragon. I like dragons, more importantly though, could I shapeshift from human to dragon at will or would I be perma-dragon, if I'm permanently a dragon, I'm out. steady_dave
am glad he died i hope he suffered like the kids he messed with suffered !!! Then you obviously didn't know what happened did you.......going along with the hype like a lot of people out there. I would have thought a unanamous decision by the jury of NOT GUILTY would have resolved the matter.

steady_dave
Do you honestly believe that being found not guilty in a court of law means that someone is definitely innocent? I think that if your child got molested no amount of money would stop you from seeing the person who did it go down. I'm sorry but I don't believe for a second that he sexually molested any children. I believe, and i'm sure that i'm not the only one that shares this opinion, that he was not all there in the head to say the least, and he was pretty much like a child at heart. I also do believe that he may have shared his bed with kids, and I want to say now before the insults come in that I DO NOT CONDONE SLEEPING IN THE SAME BED AS OTHER PEOPLE'S CHILDREN, HOWEVER he would have seen this as a sleep over, and a lot of other situations like that where he did not see the social taboo and so forth. I do not believe for one second that he did anything sexual towards kids what so ever, but I have no proof, and neither do you, so why keep bringing it up. Why can't we just celebrate the guy for what a genius and musical talent that he was!
RedM
Tell you what Martin - when your parents or if your bird dies unexpectedly, we'll have a beer and a giggle about it then No we won't because you do not laugh at death.
Scooter
Do you honestly believe that being found not guilty in a court of law means that someone is definitely innocent? no I don't .....but imagine your mate is accused of rape........he's innocent and the case goes in his favour......he's your mate so you believe the verdict 100% and I suspect 99% of his work colleagues and acquaintances etc will accept this too........ Your mate gets accused of being a pedo.........he's innocent and the case goes in his favour.....he's a mate so you believe the verdict 100% but I suspect 99% of his work colleagues and acquaintances etc still think there's no smoke without fire...... I don't even think people have to celebrate him etc, just don't see the need in some of the jokes doing the rounds from various scum No we won't because you do not laugh at death. Ah but you said it's funny too, could do a comedy sketch? Working title of "How the bint snuffed it"? The bit as their heart stops, could maybe have her put up a white flag as a sign that she's done and dusted? Be hilarious because you seem to think there's a funny side to death.... Robert
I think this has all run its course on here now and needs to be locked. For the people who love him and all the rest, well fair play have a cry or whatever else you feel the need to do. For the people who don't care, death isn't something to be joked about and a little respect for any dead person goes without saying. I for one think he was great a what he did (music wise), i couldn't care less that he is dead. He didn't pay my bills. People die all the time and at some point it will be my turn. Lets cut out the bitching on here now, some people obviously didn't like him and some people obviously feel very strongly that their idol they never met is dead. End of. I wouldn't be laughing but apparently i'm not normal for not finding death amusing so it may "reform" my frazzled mind. By bint - whoever the dead person may be, it's ok because they're dead remember, so what's the harm
Carl_S
Jesus Kopite. That's personal stuff man. I'm sure RedM can take it, but still. What's your experience of this all, kopite, have you always had this attitude towards death?
RedM
Robin Gibb (next?) of the Bee Gees said 'millions of people yet to be born will sing his (jackson's) songs'. Proof that it is indeed a tragedy.

What's your experience of this all, kopite, have you always had this attitude towards death? Why's it personal? It's a hypothetical scenario where someone is dead and from the attitudes on here, slagging someone off who is dead is acceptable. And i've never seen the funny side in death no, i've had 3 people (2 strangers and one mate) die in front of me and it doesn't make me distraught or anything but i've seen the heartbreak afterwards from people i don't know. One was a 10 year old kid at an athletics competition at school, didn't know him but the look on his mates' faces and their reaction shows the hurt. But i suppose you lot would have a field day with your jokes, because hey, you don't know him
