alaing
I was threatend by my neighbours once for running my MR2 turbo up to temp to demist the front screen.(apparently its was very loud, never had a complaint from anyone else?!) The old boy and his old lady came upto my car he had what looked to me like an iron bar (ive been a sheet metal fabricator for 5 yrs!) and threatend me and my car! I wasnt scared because obviously i was 21 hes about 70 but if it had been my sis or sum1 could have been worse! Anyway i ended up driving away but the next day i went to the police they were very rude to me at the police station and tried to fob me off! They made out it was my fault for the car being loud! I said his behaviour was totally unacceptable I told them i wanted action so they said they would go round to talk to them. They sent comunity support round to speak to them who then came and spoke to me and said it wasnt an iron bar it was a bit of wood, like that made it ok!!?!? Anyway i decided to leave it at that because im a nice guy, but never got an apology or anything from them! It makes me angry that if i had done the same to them the police would have been round in 2 mins and i would have been up in front of a court the next day just because of my age! These mad old people with nothing better to do need to be stopped! I really hope you GF is ok and hope u get this sorted with her.

tbourner
Apparently she is too old and infirm to be arrested. So the law are coming around tomorrow to have a word with her. Meanwhile they will read through her file - she is already well known as being a troublemaker. What was she sectioned for before and why was she released from care? It's irrelevant how old or infirm she is for a sectioning, as long as a doctor and nurse agree she's a danger to herself or others she can be forcibly removed by the police and put into secure psychiatric care. hogmaw
The police came round this morning again to take statements, but they said there wasn't enough wrongdoing to warrant another sectioning. This despite their off the record comment to me that she was 'evil' and that he couldn't face talking to her again because of her sheer vitriol and aggressive manner. These were '999 response police', and 'investigative police' will now take up the case to see what is to be done.

Yes hopefully this will happen once an assessment has been made.
