I ve just completed 1 k miles on my brand new shortblock. THe only aftermarket parts the engine has are HKS cams and ARP head studs. My question is do I need to re-torque the head bolts as I havent re-torqued since assembly???

thanks

No re-torque required:)

ps do you have the torque settings for ARP headbolts ? i'm fitting my head back on today and cannot find my data sheets.

second that, i asked the venerable sage Chris Wilson this question and the answer was no, multi layer gasket alloy head does not need it and mines been fine for nearly 3 years
