RedM
Is there anything to do in WSM? It looks like I'll be stuck down there at some point next week, probably at Lympsham. Is there a cinema, shopping mall or anything that doesn't look like a field? Google says no but I'm hoping that they've built something since Google last looked. If not then it looks like either driving in to WSM or watching telly or surfingen das net in my room.

Kev.O
I realise it's not exactly on your doorstep but at Cribbs Causeway (20 mins up the motorway) there is the mall, the venue which has plently of food outlets aswell as a vue cinema, and there are also plenty of retail outlets around the area (like B&Q, currys). Hmm.... that looks okay. Thanks for the info. BTW I'll be driving from WSM to Avonmouth in the mornings. What's the traffic like heading towards Bristol/Avonmouth? What's the traffic like heading towards Bristol/Avonmouth? It's not that bad at all. The motorway flows quite freely. Not sure how clear it'll be once you get off at Avonmouth but there are plenty of lanes to take the traffic off the motorway so I can't see there being any issues. Cribbs is the next junction up from Avonmouth, so you might be better off going there from work

I was told that there was a cinema/shopping complex about two minutes walk from the hotel but I think that my colleague got confused with a place closer to WSM. Still, fields can be fun. Kev.O
There is a shopping mall in WSM, but the one at Cribbs is far nicer IMO.

edge
There is a cinema in town although not very big, A shopping mall as mentioned before and i live in weston and have been to the cinema 0 times and to the mall about 2 times. Cribs is worth the trip. I can reccomend a few good curry houses and bars in town though.
