heckler
Getting parts ready for "Project Powdercoat" which falls under my "Black Is The New Bling" philosophy. I've slowley been istalling a catch can, (well, i'm actually waiting for that part to turn up) with -12 breathers. I picked up the cam covers from a local "old school" Engineering firm who had welded the -12 bungs on for me. I'll be making the pipes up tommorow at work The parts involved in Project Powedercoat are Cam Covers Turbo Inlet Pipe PAS tank (its a whifbitz one) Rad Expansion Tank Oil Catch Can (Again Whifbitz) Inlet Manifold (Done Already) Possibly Compressor housing on turbo Majority of it is going to be started on friday I've also re-wired the AEM water injection, as I moved the pump to the boot, rewired part of the dash as it looked like a rats nest and put in distrubution blocks for the accesories, covered the dash in the Carbon Fibre Look-a-like fabric (not to exeryones taste) and fitted a black TRD gear knob as I fancied a change. I may also be changing the dash lighting from blue to another colour or colours Amongst all this I have made 11 sets of rear Light PCB's which have gone to america and a couple of Dash conversions - If it wasnt for the pesky LED's Project Powdercoat would have been finished aaaaged ago! Rock On!

kylestt
The compressor housing gets way to hot for powdercoat mate, but everything else should look awesome! I'm a big fan of powdercoating in black! If you haven't already purchased the powder, i forgot the name but their is a black powder that has a textured appearance when its done. It looks awesome. A smooth black powder, to me, doesn't bring out the "awesomeness" of powdercoating. I'll see if i can't dig up some pictures for reference.
