Lee_e
ahh i see , so u think i should let them down to 40 psi ?
AlanM
I would let them down to 36 if it were me. I played about a bit, up a couple of psi at a time, and down the same. always felt best at 36. Start at 38 maybe then play about a bit from there
Lee_e
righty oh cheers fella they are all now 38psi soo should feel alot better. thanks again
dr_jekyll
48 is farr to high, 36 is id say the upper limit , if you want any grip you should be running closer to 30psi
Jellybean
I was onto good year and a few others, 36 is the pressure regarless of wheel / tyre size If you think about it, you are either putting a larger piece of alloy on with a low profile tyre or a smaller Alloy and a bigger profile typre so the circumferance never changes so why should your tyre pressure
Steve
Always run 36 psi all round on mine
Al Massey
Tyre pressures should differ from trye sizes. But you should never exceed the pressure stated on the tyre
kslb
I am on 19's and I have 34 rear and 36 front and it feels very good. I find the 30 or 32 mark far too low for larger rims but fine on 17's. As already stated don't exceed the max pressure stated on the tyre but at the same time don't use it as a target.
Lee_e
ahh ok , iv adjusted them all down to 36 psi ..seeing as all you guys have 36 aswell i wonder why they were up soo high then ?? i havent touched them since i bought it 2 week ago and only now realised the rear passenger was running low soo now all is good. nigelboyne
36 is way to high for city driving i run 29/30psi city driving and 40 psi for high speed on motorway. but suppose trade of for both city and motorway
