It's rare that a shoulder bag has a place designed to keep one of these - I am sure there are lots of business travellers that would prefer this. Innovative I guess. Certainly when in the USA I did feel that I was taking my life in my hands every time I plugged something in. Given the choice of big plug / death, I'd probably choose big plug in most cases.
