SupraStar 3000
I'd rather not link to the video for two reasons. 1 - Its horrific 2 - I want to keep this in open discussion rather than NWS. I've heard a lot of hype about this in the media but to be honest, havn't paid it much attention,... however having just watch the full video I'm truly stunned. Last time I felt so sick to the stomach was during 9/11. AS horrific as it is, i still think it could be one of those iconic moments in time. What makes it worse is how stunningly beautiful she is and the reaction from people around her. Very moving even though I very doubt it, lets hope something positive comes from this. wkdtime
Saw the video a few days ago, its very harrowing to watch. Her eyes just glare towards the camera. There's a video of her just moments before the shooting with her dad. It's just beyond belief how some f***ed up twisted c**t could do such a thing. Guest Rays the roof
Stilll feel sick to this very day at the thought of Ken Bigley's beheading video. Seen stuff in the flesh wouldn't wish on others but that was truely disturbing. Don't know whether seeing this will make me hate a nation/religion for but a minority though not so small.... michael
Not heard anything about this.. Read the papers every day too. I don't think the Star or Sport gave it much space unfortunately but this might give you a bit of an overview: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/8113552.stm

martini
It's the way the blood starts rushing out of her head that really makes it squeamish.
Guest Rays the roof
Was expecting much worse from the intro. Not nice, but not really horrific. Glad it was all over in a few seconds for her. May she 'rest in peace' x x x
Ark
Why is it any worse that it was a woman? There was another man shot at the same kind of time, just a few yards away, but he hasn't had the same kind of coverage. The whole business is a big screw-up...gotta wonder if it's a build-up to excuse another invasion.

She dies in her dad's arms. Or....Maybe you have a valid point.

Because like it or not, the heirarchy of acceptability in a conflict is men first, then women and finally children.

marbleapple
wonder if it's a build-up to excuse another invasion. Lets go for it. We should also introduce conscription for all Fiesta, Corsa and Punto drivers (and ideally drivers over the age of 80)

Fifty
Very sad indeed many more innocents will die before the world is cleared of animals like the "Supreme Leader" . It has always been so and probably always will be. Freedom from tyrrany never comes easily. Rich
