pistonbroke
Top effort, can anyone explain why some top secret bumpers look like they have a lower lip that others. I know some cars are actually lowered, but his one seems to still have a fair gap between the front tyre and the wing, yet the front lip is really low
martini
Aren't there a couple of types of the Top Secret bumper? The car isn't lowered to my knowledge, but the bumper sits pretty low TBH! I take speedbumps with care... but I guess that's the point of them in a way!
Guest Rays the roof
Excellent matey! Glad you got one and are 100% chuffed to bits. Brings back memories of my first weeks in her and still love sitting in it to this very day. Just dry sensibly in the damp and wet and keep on top of that shiney surface. Lbm
Very nice, except some fool has made a nasty mess of your front reg plate. Probably just jealous.

martini
I gave her a wash last weekend, then when I parked in the sun outside I noticed that the bonnet was looking a bit worse for wear at certain angles (just the odd little chip or two I guess). This weekend I went and bought some T-cut and polish and a few other bits and bobs from the Halfords sale. I was massively impressed with the T-cut. I had never used it before and had no idea what I was doing really. Followed a useful guide on here and also managed to read the back of the bottle for instructions too. Anyway, a couple of pictures http://idisk.me.com/martinirwin/Public/Pictures/Skitch/IMG_5599_-_Version_2-20090629-090523.jpg http://idisk.me.com/martinirwin/Public/Pictures/Skitch/IMG_5627-20090629-090923.jpg http://idisk.me.com/martinirwin/Public/Pictures/Skitch/IMG_5615-20090629-091115.jpg It was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon in the sun. marc_p
Found a few pics of your car from a couple of months ago, thought you might be interested in them, certainly looks better now though
martini
That's her indeed (I also have those pictures ). I am getting OEM skirts fitted on Sunday. I will also have the stock bumper which I might fit as I get older/closer to selling. Best project I have ever had And this was last weekend in York (gf took this whilst I was turning). http://idisk.me.com/martinirwin/Public/Pictures/Skitch/SUP-20090706-151809.jpg Bring on the skirts! Axle
Take it easy, and enjoy the ride. I still remember the feeling of getting my first car. The feeling of freedom that comes with it is priceless. One hell of a first car to have too. Enjoy.
