My goal is around 20lbs boost---With a T61--225 fuel pump--46mm wastegate--on An 95 NA--TT EHG--93 Octane--Will I need RC 550cc injectors for this setup??

I'm pretty sure you'll need 650's for that level of boost on a T61 mate. The 550's might be enough but they'll be near max duty, which is not advisable.

i'd say so, most run 650's (I think) - I have 720's

c'mon fella your in euro land now, speak the lingo 20psi = nearly 1.4 bar , seriously i have run my T61 at 1.4 bar for a number of years now on 550's with good AFR's but as homer says they are maxed out but have been like that now for the last 3 years so it can be done (and the car does get used properly ), 620cc - 650cc would give more headroom and get the duty cycle down to acceptable levels though
