Todd
Autoglym metal polish is great or if I'm out of that I pinch the brasso from the missus
Muffleman
Another vote for the Autoglym here, be using it later myself
SupraStar 3000
I use brasso on my Nur Spec - Always looks brand new after. (also quite good on the glass headlights - but try on a small area first)
Paul
White spirit to get off the tar spots easily then Autoglym Paul
Bobbeh
Autosol is very good for metal polishing too. Dunno how it compares with the autoglym pricewise.
Elliot
Thanks for the help. I haven't got round to the exhaust yet, I was taking those rear number plate black surrounds off, & cleaning the double sided tape off, then planned on cleaning the car, but it's started bloody raining! I'll try and get a few more bits done later. Are tar spots the litle bits that look like rust?
Paul
Yeah, probably. If you rub them with white spirit they will dissolve to a brown colour and wipe off. They will come off with metal polish but I find it easier to do this first and then the polish. Paul
