I don't believe you about the nips btw... hehe, dude you'll just have to trust me on that one, she is a Alt Model, so you may get lucky and find a pic of her somewhere, but if your not in that kind of "scene" its unlikely you will Tunnels = Ear Stretches, aka Plugs (taking a standard Ear piercing and stretching it out. in my case 30mm.
