davidd
Got to my car after work yesterday to find big trail of water. I keep a bottle of water in the car so topped up radiator & started engine - rad cap off/heater on/etc - lots of bubbles so thought that I had fixed it. Got home after 12 mile drive. Plenty of steam from the bonnet so lifted and there was a fine squirt of water aprrox 3 to 4 ft. Bugg3r I thought, but it was impressive and easy to see the culprit. Anyway I remember an old Vauxhall Carlton that squirted water from its radiator through the grill on to the road. So what has been the best squirt out there? p.s. this car is having a few of those niggly problems lately!
geoffvalenti
I could trawl the net and find you pictures, but they'd definitely be NWS may not be of cars Best one I saw was 3-4 feet
Alex
On a less NWS note... Try removing the cap of the rad when it's hot...my mate did that...burnt himself badly but I have to say watching a ploom of water fire up over the bonnet was impressive...however as it was my car I was slightly less impressed!
