I couldn't find any lower than that (but plenty at a lot more!) As mentioned, just make sure you get them flow tested prior to install and provided that and the spray pattern are okay you're good to go. Did you ever hear Ryan's recommendation on the size? If you're planing a single install later on then you might be better off going for a 720 or 800cc injector rather than a 650.
