stupra
What a race !!, the last lap was mental !!. Even if you're not into your bike's, if you didn't watch it try and catch it on Eurosport or the red button on BBCi a little later. If you're a motorsport fan you won't be dissapointed. I have it on live in the shop, was unbelieveable. Why cant every race be the same?
Rajinder
Amazing race. Something that F1 can never emulate.
johnny g
It was. Two great riders showing great racing and respect. That last move by Rossi was just incredible.
Richie-R
Some of the best racing I've ever seen.
DSK
The bike racing does always produce to great battles. I honestly though the moves by Lorenzo were brilliant and what a future that lad has as a great racer, but Valentino...... whilst I thought there would be no way of getting past, his experience, calculations proved me wrong, the pass on the last corner was something I didn't even see comming. My favourite of all time would have to be between Bayliss & Edwards years in World Superbikes, I think it may have been at Laguna Seca but can't be sure which track it was. jacko
Just watched the re-run of it on Eurosport- absolutely suberb riding by both of them, but once again Valentino proving why he is the Doctor- pure edge of the seat stuff
paul_h
just shows how dull the f1 procession has become when you see racing like that !!
Steviekid
No team orders there! There was a similar lap years ago when Hago was riding the R7, can't remember who he was racing against though.

Alex
MGP and F1 can't be compared - you're comparing cars 1.8m wide with bike that's as wide as a person - of course you can have more spectacular races... That battle was epic and goes down as one of the best last laps ever.
Animal
Rest of the race was pretty dull, but those last half-dozen laps, what a fantastic end. How rough did Stoner look? He really wasn't happy, whiny little shit.
mike_mcevoy
Anyone catch the 125 race, another corker and what a tit Simon was....
Shadow Beast
Did you hear the interview at the end? Rossi said there has been 2 good races in the past few years, "one was with Stoner but he fell of with 5 laps to go so i could relax and the other was today" that says something. The Edwards & Baylis one, was it not the last race of the season, where Baylis had won the title if he came second, but still raced flat out?
