Microsoft Outlook email Transfer

Dependant on the version of Outlook the messages might be slightly different, but here goes anyway....oh, and I'm assuming you mean Microsoft Outlook and not Outlook Express.

File -> Import and Export -> Export to a file

You now have a choice of file to export to. I would recommend if you are going from outlook on one pc to another pc with outlook you should choose.

Personal Folder File (.pst)

Choose the very top folder (Personal Folders) and make sure you tick the box - Include Subfolders

Select a destination to backup the file (somewhere your gonna' find it!)

Click Finish.

Transfer that file onto CD/USB Flash Pen, etc.

Goto other PC

File -> Import and Export -> Import from another program or file

Choose - Personal Folder file(.pst)

Locate the file on the CD/USB Pen drive, etc.

Click next

Click Finish.

That should do the trick :eyebrows:

I had a similiar problem and the import/export route didnt work for me due to some weird stuff the PC was saying (probably my lack of knowledge) I simply created a folder on the desktop then highlighted my emails and dragged them all into the folder, I then burnt the folder to cd (or save to memory stick etc) I then opened that folder on the 2nd PC and dragged the emails into the empty space in outlook, I repeated the process for 'sent items' and 'inbox' etc dragging into the relevent empty spaces, it all worked a treat and only took 30 minutes to do.
