tbourner
Do you love it or hate it? Also, what about twiglets?
AndrewOW
Marmite is fine, but I prefer Vegemite, and a definite no no to Twiglets. Horrible things!
marc_p
I like twiglets, hate marmite though.
caseys
Ok you are bored today I had a theory that many people either like Marmite or Peanut Butter, but not many like both. Also some people at work have marmite on crumpets? Never tried that.
SupraGirlie
Mmmmmm Marmite on toast Not a twiglet fan, and I don't like peanut butter much either.

I also like peanut butter too, and especially with strawberry jam, but I'm not sure about that combination on crumpets. I'll have to give it a go. tbourner
I have marmite in my sandwiches for work today, I was going to bring a Peperami as well but people would only complain about my breath all afternoon!
AndrewOW
I don't know why, but having marmite in a sandwich seems more like I would've had when I was a kid, whereas having marmite on toast feels all very grown up. Maybe that's just me though!
tbourner
How thick do people have marmite? I have to have it very thin. My brother hates marmite because he mistook it for chocolate spread as a kid and spread it about 5mm thick!
AndrewOW
I put quite a lot on if I'm having a cheese and vegemite toastie, but not so in a sandwich. It's more for flavour than anything then, but loads of butter always makes it worthwhile.

I only like it very thin, just a tiny bit on hot buttery toast, too much and it's too strong for me! God I'm starving now.
kill1308
I love Marmite, Vegemite and Bovril.... all go well on toast and I generally spread it pretty thinly with shed loads of butter. Tend to have Bovril a bit thicker, not really sure why.
R Black
I had Marmite on toast for brekkie this morning, I like peanut butter, I have had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches too, and as for twiglets I love them, make me windy though.

Chris Wilson
Twiglets with lager are OK, and some proper beers. Marmite is good if the toast is done just so Do I win a free jar and packet?
Matt H
Girl in the office has just had marmite on toast for lunch. She has a jar of it permanently at the ready in her draw.

Matt H
Twiglets are alright, but they are rather dry and sticky. Your mouth is left an arid desert and you fingers a grainy, sticky mess.

Hence having a beverage of sorts with it may i suggest a cold lager.
