Advice needed guys -

I have been told by a local garage that my aux belt tensioner is on its last legs. I can hear a continuous squeek which stops when I put the clutch in which seems to be coming from the drivers side near the front wheel arch.

Anyone had this issue? Is it a home fix job on axle stands or am I best getting it done by pros? I understand they are about £150 from toyota?
